About Us

Our Story

At KiDIYs, our journey began with a profound insight shared by two new mothers – the transformative power of play in a child's development. It was an idea that took root alongside our own daughters, blossoming through the beautiful process of nurturing them. We wholeheartedly believe in the magic of open-ended, non-toxic DIY and sensory play, designed to ignite the boundless realms of imagination, creativity, and sensory exploration in children.

"Delving into sensory activities for our little ones uncovered a gap in the industry for high-quality DIY and sensory kits," revealed Shreya Kapoor, co-founder. "KiDIYs is not just a business; it's a passion project, a testament to our deep love for our beloved children," chimed in Harleen Kapoor, the other co-founder.

With Shreya's expertise in IT and Harleen's background in International Management, we seamlessly blend our diverse knowledge, skills, and life experiences to curate an enchanting series of products. These offerings are meticulously crafted to nurture the physical, mental, and creative growth potential of children.

What sets our DIY kits apart is their dual nature. They are not mere hobby projects; they always yield a valuable end product – from charming piggy banks to delightful fridge magnets and bespoke jigsaw puzzles. Furthermore, we are strong advocates for the idea that children learn best when accompanied by their favorite characters. Hence, we provide meticulously designed, theme-based, age-appropriate, and customized worksheets for every kit.

Our sensory kits are a labor of love, comprising taste-safe, non-toxic playdough and moon sand. The thoughtful design of accompanying worksheets ensures a holistic sensory experience for children.

But our story doesn't end here. In addition to our captivating kits, we have embarked on a journey to create a range of handmade crochet toys and teethers, adding yet another layer of enchantment to the world of KiDIYs.

Welcome to KiDIYs, where we craft imagination and nurture growth, one playtime at a time.
